Nane Thein Phoug started working for me in September 1999 and is currently in my employment. She is my housekeeper and baby-sitter. Ms Phoug is a very hardworking person who has shown initiative during the whole period that she has been with me. She looks after my daughter (1½ years) and son (9 years) very well. She is an excellent cook (both Asian and Western styles) and can prepare a meal even if given short notice. She is also responsible and can be relied upon to get the work done most efficiently and quickly, without being reminded. Ms Phoug presents herself well at all times and has a cheerful disposition. She is an honest and friendly person who is always willing to lend a helping hand to her friends. I am working full-time so she is a great help to me, as she looks after the housework and my children. I will be very sorry to lose Ms Phoug but I understand that she has to move on in her life and I wish her all the best wherever she chooses to go.
